Community Prevention Center Director, Tonda Luckett, moved to Bardstown from Henderson, KY in March 2000 to fill the Director position. Previously, she worked for Henderson County's KIP project as an assistant director. Prior to her work in prevention, Tonda worked as an accountant. She finds working with the community on prevention issues very rewarding and satisfying. Ms. Luckett is currently Co-Director of the Heartland Trail KY-ASAP board, Chair of the Big

Brothers/Big Sisters Advisory Council, Chair of the Tobacco Coalition, and a member of the newly formed Steering Committee for Flaget Hospital's Healthy Community Initiative.


Tonda is a mother to one son and has one grandson, who attends kindergarten at Bardstown Elementary School. She enjoys reading, movies, and arts and crafts, and is currently teaching a mosaics class as part of the Art as Prevention Program.

Program Coordinator, Tracey Potts, is a native of Bardstown. She completed grades one through eight at St. Joseph Elementary School and graduated from Bethlehem High School in 1988. In 1998, Tracey graduated with honors from the University of Louisville, earning her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Ms. Potts is a certified Trainer of Trainers (TOT) for the following CSAP approved prevention programs:  the Strengthening Families Program, Life Skills Training, and

Here's Looking at You 2000. In addition to being a certified trainer and facilitator in those programs, Tracey is also trained to facilitate Parent to Parent, STARS for Families, and the Cooper-Clayton Smoking Cessation Program.


Tracey is the mother of four, two boys and two girls ages 13-9, who each attend local schools. Ms. Potts enjoys spending time with her children, art, movies, and web page design.
