§ ll3.0l REGISTRATION WITH CHIEF OF POLICE.
No person, organization, society, association or corporation shall sell, solicit or canvass subscriptions for newspapers, magazines, periodicals, photographs, or coupons, by telephone, house to house or otherwise in the city without first registering with the chief of police, his name, permanent address, their address while in the city, the name of his organization, society, association or company and its address, and the length of time he expects to so sell, solicit, or canvass in the city.

§ ll3.02 RESIDENTS EXCEPTED.
Nothing in this chapter shall apply to the sale, solicitation or canvass made by any newspaper, magazine, periodical salesman, solicitor or canvasser, or photographer who is a resident of Bardstown or Nelson County, Kentucky. (Ord. passed 5-8-5l)
§ ll3.99 PENALTY.
Any person, organization, society, association, or corporation violating the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed to have committed a violation and shall be punished by a fine of not less than $l0, nor more than $50 for each offense. Each offense, which shall mean call, sale, solicitation or canvass, shall be deemed a separate offense.
