Utility and Cable Payment Pay
your Bill Securely Online Using In an effort to make our services more readily available, the City of Bardstown has developed an Online Billing System for Utilities and Cable. There are several benefits to using the Online Utility and Cable Billing service such as:
• Pay Your Bill Securely Online (Visa, Master Card or Discover) • View Your Current Bill, and Electric and Water Usage • View Your Bill History • View Your Consumption History • View Your Service History Additionaly, customers may select to have their utility and cable bills emailed to them as opposed to having them mailed to their address. Getting started is easy, just click on the Online Utility and Cable payment link. You will need your utility or cable account number and previous utility or cable bill amount to get set up. As with our other options for payments, the same payment schedule applies. If you have any questions or need further assistance, you can reach our office Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 502-348-5947. You can also visit us at our office located at 220 North 5th st Bardstown, KY 40004. Walk-In City Hall is open daily Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm, except holidays. Drop Box An after-hour drop box is available along the back driveway of
City Hall. Automated Payment Program With your authorization, your participating financial institution will automatically deduct the amount of your current bill from your savings or checking accounts.
