Our Automatic Payent Program is a thrifty and convenient way to pay your monthly bills. No longer will you have to stand in line at City Hall to make a payment. If you normally pay by mail you can save up to $7 a year on postage! No check writing and no late payments. It's accurate, efficient and reliable!

How It Works
You will receive your bill in the mail (utility bills only).
Your financial institution will make the automatic payment for you on the 15th of each month. Withdrawals begin 30 days after we receive your authoization.
Your bank statement will serve as your receipt.
